    Default Korlym for Cushing's Disease

    Hello,

I just started the new drug Korlym, which treats the effects of excess Cortisol, as a result of Cushing's Disease from a Pituitary tumor. This drug just got approved through the fda & I was wondering if anyone else is taking it & if so, can you share your experience with me, as far as side effects go? I've only been on it for 6 days now, & it's making me really tired, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I guess if that's my only problem, I shouldn't complain! The drug has some pretty serious/dangerous side effects, so being tired is something I could live with.

& does anyone know if Korlym causes depression? I know it can increase your Cortisol. Doesn't excess Cortisaol cause depression? Just wondering because Im on an anti-depressant but Ive noticed that ive become more depressed since starting the Korlym.
