    Question stopping Abruptly Suboxone

I am changing from suboxone to fentanyl patches due to lack of pain relief with it, my doctor has suggested going 36-48 hours without suboxone to begin to let the fentanyl to be effective, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help during this period I have Complexe Regional Pain Syndrome and have alot if flare ups with the suboxone.

    thanks
