    Here are some benefits of do yoga following.Yoga make the body flexible and strong.It make the breathing system correct.It take the useful nutrients in our body that help our body.It make save our body from harmful diseases like heart,liver and stomach problems.It make the body stamina.Yoga make our mind and body relax and fresh all the time.It make away the stress far away from us and made our mind eligible for think positively and up to the mark.

    There are many health benefits of yoga exercise. When we decided to take yoga exercise, We should know it would help us to stretch and reduce stress. it is beneficial for us from many aspects of daily life.

    Yoga is a wonderful path to those who have given hopes for the healthy life. My gf practice Yoga all the time!
    Is it true that yoga is based on belief to eliminate other types of religion? like christianity and muslim for example ??

    I agree, Meditation is an effective tool for individual that has physical, emotional, spiritual and mental benefits it was found that it is also very effective for those who experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.

    Yoga is great to lose and maintain and helps in reducing sport injuries as yoga increase body flexibility and helps in breathing better. Yoga helps in soothing stress, lowering high blood pressure and improve mood. Yoga reduce depression and prevent us from cardiovascular disease and certain types of cancer.

    In one side it enhances the fitness level, body strength, stamina, body balance and also flexibility, on other side it prevents from the various diseases, controls the mental problems and causes the spiritual peace.
