    Whole grain bread, salmon fish, egg white, oatmeal, garlic and onion, chilies, berries, broccoli, lean chicken, low fat dairy, almonds, brown rice and olive oil are great to burn your belly fat. Increase your water intake and have green tea after meals.

    This is true that for fat burning it is good to avoid high calories food. I think fruits and vegetables are natural food and natural food is always good for fat burning so we should eat these food for fat burning.

    oily food,Junk food like noodles etc. burn your belly fat.So always eat fresh fruits green vegetables.
