    Default Buprenophine (Suboxone) conversion

I saw an opiate conversion chart in the ER recently, and was surprised that 0.1 mg buprenophine (suboxone) equaled 7.5 mg morphine. That would put 8 mg suboxone at roughly 600 mg morphine. Which is crazy high, particularly given buprenophine’s long half life. I can easily see why it’d be so difficult to discontinue.

Can someone tell me if these figures are right?

Everything that I've heard/read says that it's about 30 times stronger than morphine. Which I agree is crazy.
