Default aqua blue oblong pill, 44-495, probably a store-brand equivalent to Benadryl.

Ingredients listed on the back of the blister pack: Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg; Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg.
This is most likely a Walgreen's store brand, but I have lost the original box and would like to confirm. Thanks.

44 495 isn't in the database yet, but 44 485 has the same exact ingredients is an antihistamine and decongestant combo (generic benadryl), it's made by LNK International.
