    Default Green round pill W one side 650 other

    I found a pill in my kid's room.
    It's small, round, green. It has a 650 on one side and a W on the other side. What is it? The W is partially scratched off, so it could be W? or ?W.

    The pill you have described is possibly an inactive (or inert) pill from a 28 day pack of Alesse-28 oral contraceptive pills.

    The pills are described as follows:

    Alesse ® -28 tablets (0.10 mg levonorgestrel and 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol) are available in packages of 3 MINI-PACK™ dispensers of 28 tablets each, NDC 0008-2576-02, as follows:

    21 active tablets, NDC 0008-0912, pink, round tablet marked "W" and "912".
    7 inert tablets, NDC 0008-0650, light-green, round tablet marked "W" and "650".
