Default Help, GG 724 and PAR 544

I recently bruised my shoulder and a team mate gave me these pills. He said one was a pain killer and one was a muscle relaxant. I'm not sure if the pink PAR pill is PAR or POR. The GG 724 is yellow. Any help would be great, thanks.

The round, peach pill with imprint par 544 is
    RANITIDINE 150 MG (generic Zantac)

    More info at https://www.drugs.com/ranitidine.html

The round, yellow pill with imprint GG 724 is
    NAPROXEN 250 MG
You will find an image of this pill searching for Naproxen at
    https://www.drugs.com/image_search.html
Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs used to treat pain and inflammation.
    More info at https://www.drugs.com/naproxen.html

As nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have the potential to cause stomach ulcers, it would not be unusual to give these drugs together. It is also common to give a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug together with a muscle relaxant. Your team mate may have assumed the ranitidine were muscle relaxants?
