Default light green tablet rounded rectangular says 237

Found this on the floor at a clients house I was at working on their computer. We had no idea what it was, he compared it to meds in his cabinet and no match. Told him I would try to find out as it bothered him about that.

It's a tablet, rectangular with rounded corners. Light green/mint green and a piece was broke/sheared off. Only marking is 237 and that was on the broken side so it could be something before the 237 but nothing after that

    thanks

The tablet might be Genapap® Maximum Strength Sinus Caplet distributed by Ivax Pharmaceuticals. If so, the tablet contains 500 mg acetaminophen and 30 mg pseudoephedrine.

Genapap® Maximum Strength Sinus Caplet is an oblong pale green unscored tablet imprinted 44 237. Breaking the pill in half would leave the "237" imprint.
