Default M&M shaped, red, "CF" in white

I have a handfull of dark red M&M or skittles shaped and sized pills, with the letters "CF" imprinted in white on one side; No other markings. Any ideas on ID?

Thank you. That seems to be it. Now why my adolescent would have them is the next puzzle.

    Not to alarm you, but...
there is abuse potential in these pills and it is popular among young teens to use them to get high.
for more information. The active chemical is DXM, so a search for DXM abuse through any search engine will fill you in. Might be time to have a talk with the child! In your original post you described them as "skittles" - funny, one of the slang words used to describe taking these to get high is "skittling". Good luck.
