    Default need help white pill v on one side 4212 on the oth

    found white pills in my sisters purse she says they are motrin i called pharmacies and posion control and neither have heard of them i was told they are from a company named vintage please help.

    A white, oblong tablet marked 4212 / V is
    Methocarbamol 750 mg

    i looked at images of the pill methocarbamol and it doesnt look like the ones i have....could it be something else?

    Sleuth is correct - V 4212 is 750 mg methocarbamol.

    I called Qualitest (the manufacturer) months ago and asked about V 4211 (500 mg methocarbamol) and V 4212.
