    Light green pill . Capital M within a square amd 15 on the other and scored.

    I believe that is Morphine Sulfate ER (MS Contin). There are many different colors and MG dosages of this drug. I take MS Contin for chronic pancreatitis and I take a 30mg pill. It is a dark purple color with an "M" in a box, as you described, and a "30" on the opposite side.

    The Mallinckrodt Morphine Sulfate Extended-Release 15 mg is blue and is not scored.

    This pill sounds like Oxycodone Hydrochloride 15mg
    a generic version of Roxicodone®
    Description: Light Green/Round Convex Tablet
