This pill is possibly Etodolac 400mg (generic for Lodine) by PUREPAC
Could the "P" possibly read as an "R"?

    Imprint: Purepac logo and 599
    Color: light gray
    Shape: football
    Coating: film-coated

There is an image at purepac.com if you want to match it up.

Re- the e658 tablet - it sounds very much like a Morphine 100mg Controlled Release tablet, so it is very dangerous. Please be very careful. You should dispose of it immediately.

    Trade Name: Morphine Sulfate CR
Generic Name: Morphine Sulfate Tab SR 12HR 100 MG
    NDC 60951065870
    Manufacturer: ENDO GENERIC PRODUCTS
    Schedule: R
    Imprint 1: 100
    Imprint 2: E658
    Color: blue
    Shape: oblong
