1st - 5161 is generic Vicoprofen containing 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 200 mg ibuprofen.

    More info:

    https://www.drugs.com/vicoprofen.html

    2nd, 3rd and 4th - M T7, E 311 and 93 58 are all 50 mg tramadol - generic Ultram.

    More info:

    https://www.drugs.com/tramadol.html

5th - Could the 66 be GG instead?

If so, GG 931 is orphenadrine 100 mg extended-release tablet. It's a muscle relaxant.
