    Default please ID very pale yellow EGR 645

    found my 2 yr old grandson with this pill. it is oval very pale yellow. it is scored on the left side of score is EGR on the right side of score is 645. if anyone knows what this is please help.

    I can't confirm this ID.

    Found the information in one database only. Since antihistamines and cold remedies are the only drugs made by ECR Pharmaceuticals, I tend to think the description is correct.

    Imprint ECR 645

    Tab, White, Scored, Ex Release Brompheniramine Maleate 6 mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 45 mg

    This pill is LODRANE 12D
    Generic Name Brompheniramine 6 mg and Pseudoephedrine 45 mg SR
    Imprint Code ECR 645
    Description white, oval, scored tablet

    There is some very basic info on the ecrpharma.com website. Unfortunately no detailed info on the description.
