Default Round Blue with imprint Watson 198

This pill was in my Ibuprofen bottle I had filled at a pharmacy. Doesn't look like IB to me and should I say something to the paharmacy?

    Is this the one?

This is indeed not Ibuprofen, this is actually Watson 861, so you were looking at the numbers upside down because of the way they are written around the pill. But is it Lisinopril 12.5mgs and Hydrochlorothiazide 20mgs, this is a generic for Prinzide, which is used for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.

This is most definitely a pharmaceutical error and something you should alert them too, it could post a danger for less observant people who could just take the pills in their bottle, assuming they are all the same, and be harmed by taking something they shouldn't or may be allergic too.

Take it in or call them and make sure they know about this.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
