    3. White and oval. McNEIL on one side and 650 on the other.
    4. Yellowish and round. an odd R looking symbol over a 34 on one side and only the line to break it in half on the other.

    1. Round pink scored tablet imprinted C on one side and 8662 on the other side is 400 mg Skelaxin (metaxalone), a muscle relaxant.

    More info: http://Skelaxin.drugs.com/

    2. Oblong yellow tablet imprinted O-M on one side and 650 on the other side is Ultracet containing 37.5 mg tramadol and 325 mg acetaminophen.

    More info: http://www.ultracet.com and https://www.drugs.com/ultracet.html

    3. I'm not sure about this one. Could the imprint be McNeil 659 instead of 650? This is the old imprint for Ultram (50 mg tramadol). Search for Ultram at the Pill Identification Wizard and look at the imprint. This picture and one in a subscription service look like the imprint could be "650" to me, but it's supposed to be "659."

    4. Round yellow scored tablet imprinted R (Purepac logo) over 34 is 1 mg clonazepam.

    More info: https://www.drugs.com/clonazepam.html

    5. Light and dark green capsule imprinted Z 2911 in red ink is 25 mg hydroxyzine pamoate.

    More info: https://www.drugs.com/hydroxyzine.html
