This would appear to be Carisoprodol Tab 350 MG, from Vintagae Pharmaceuticals (2410 V, white, round), a generic version of Soma, which is a muscle relaxant, prescribed to treat the pain and stiffness of muscle injuries, including strains, sprains and muscle spasms. I found info on side effects, interactions, etc. by searching "Carisoprodol" in Drugs.com -
