The first pill you have described

White small oval pill: one side says ultram and the other side is
    65/90

definitely sounds like Ultram, and if you read the imprint code 65/90 the other way up you get 06/59

Ultram 50 mg is described as follows:
ULTRAM (tramadol hydrochloride tablets) Tablets - 50 mg (white, scored, film-coated capsule-shaped tablet) debossed "ULTRAM" on one side and "06 59" on the other side.

You will find an image at the very bottom of the PDR page for Ultram at Drugs.com.
    https://www.drugs.com/ultram.html
Take a look and see what you think.

Ultram (tramadol) is a pain reliever used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain.
You will find more info on this drug at
    https://www.drugs.com/ultram.html

    Now for the second pill...

    b) White small kinda octagon shape??: one side has indented in the
pill rectangle and small square the other side has 64/Wythe??? I
think, i can hardly read it.The pill is small

The pill you have here sounds like Ativan 1 mg by Wyeth.
Ativan is a brand name for the drug lorazepam.

There is an image at Drugs.com (search for Ativan)
    https://www.drugs.com/image_search.html
but unfortunately only one side of the pill is pictured. Gives a
good idea of the shape and the indented rectangle which is the bottom of the "A".

    Description of Ativan 1 mg
    Imprint 1: A
    Imprint 2: 64 WYETH
    Color: white
    Shape: five-sided
    Score: scored

Ativan (lorazepam) is in a class of drugs called benzodiazepines. Lorazepam affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause anxiety, insomnia, and seizures. Lorazepam is used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, and tension associated with anxiety disorders. It is also used to treat certain types of seizure disorders and to relieve insomnia (induce sleep).

You will find more info on this drug at
    https://www.drugs.com/ativan.html

    Hope this helps
