Default white, oval/oblong, 10 on one side, star on other

Someone asked me what this pill was, I have no clue. It's tiny, white, oval/oblong shaped, a 10 on one side, and 4 pointed star on the reverse. No split marks.

White oblong pill with a four-pointed star on one side and 10 on the other side is 10 mg Bextra (valdecoxib).

Bextra is used to treat arthritis pain and inflammation.
