Watson 825 is an oxycodone pill, which is a pain killer. I believe by itself it is sold as Oxycontin, but is also one of the ingredients to Percoset.

Oblong white scored tablet imprinted Watson 825 is 10 mg oxycodone and 650 mg acetaminophen.

The TIME RELEASE SLASH is a score line (bisect). That means you can break the pill and take only one half.

    This is not controlled-release oxycodone.

There is no harm in taking only one half of a pill. In fact, taking half is more prudent until you know how you react. If a score line is on a pill, it generally means it's safe to split the pill.
