    Imprint Code: 200
    Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Floxin 200 mg - McNeil
    Description: yellow oval tablet

    What is Floxin?
    Floxin is an antibiotic.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

I don't know what this is, but I don't think it is Floxin.

Floxin 200 mg is a light yellow, scored oval tablet with imprint code FLOXIN 200

It's could be a generic Floxin without any markings other than the 200 on it.

There are 11 entries for Floxin 200 mg, and all but one describe the imprint as FLOXIN 200.

The label on the FDA website also describes
FLOXIN (ofloxacin tablets) Tablets are supplied as 200 mg light yellow, 300 mg white, and 400 mg pale gold film-coated tablets. Each tablet is distinguished by "FLOXIN" and the appropriate strength.

Is it possible the pill is old? Floxin has been around since 1990 and it may have had a different imprint in the past.

Very true Robo. I have PDR's going back to 1995 and it isn't in there, not in the OTC one, or the prescription listings.

Thanks for answering. Still don't know what it is, I suppose it could be a old pill. Found it in a 1998 car I just bought.
