    Yellow oblong pill with a V on it might be a Vivarin caplet containing 200 mg caffeine.

    Take a look at the tablet at www.Vivarin.com and see if the "V" looks the same. I can't find a picture of the caplet but am guessing it has the same "V".

    It's a vicodin, they have pink ones yellow ones and blue ones and white ones all diff mg

    actually it sounds like a norco which is the same thing as a lortab, but has aspirin instead of tylenol in it. i used to be prescribed to them, but then again, could be anything
