Default Need suggestions for fatigue during withdrawal

Day 12 off suboxone. Any help is appreciated. Fatigue is the one thing I can't do anything about.
I've been on subs for years. I'm sure that doesn't bode well for the foreseeable future. Thanks

It bodes fine for the foreseeable future! The future is yet unwritten. The fatigue passes as the body readjusts to not being dependent on outside endorphins. Once u begin making ur own endorphins again you will not be so fatigued. Hang in there!

Slow down! The body takes time but interestingly, the brain affects how the body responds. There is no fixed timetable for recovery. The repairs come slowly sometimes. Keeping busy actually lessens the negative body symptoms. So, work will be challenging but u just may be surprised that it helps! Proud of u for getting this far! We're all in a hurry to get back to Life. Pace yourself. Eat light. Plenty of water. Exercise. You can do this!
