    Mytime
    Congratulations
I think you are through the worst of the acute withdrawals...

It is interesting sometimes people in our lives really don't like to see us clean..
Maybe they can't imagine it for themselves?
To be able to say no to an opiate when you weren't feeling 100% is huge!

    You should be proud!
Keeping doing what you are doing!
    It is obviously working..

I'm taking aleve, naproxen stuff. A lot of people I've read about on here have just used Tylenol. It's mostly mental for me, the action of taking something. But for what I think is still legitimate pain, I feel like the naproxen is working better for me. Glad work went okay! Hope you are feeling totally empowered for your strength so far! You should be! It's awesome & inspiring!

I am still tapering 0.5mg suboxone but I do have pain..
    I use excedrin..
    It works great..
All these years in the medical field and I only thought opiates worked...
Really they stoped working along time ago..
    You are doing great!

Work is usually easier than being at home...
    We have a routine..
No children challenging what we say..lol
I just went back after breaking my toes..
I am glad that I am there during my last few days of my taper!!
    Take care!
    Team sobriety!

If you like counting clean days, there are clean counter apps, some free even , that show you down to the second how long you've been clean. I watch my counter all the time. From minutes, to days, to weeks. It's like I used to watch the clock for when I could have another dose, clean counter is a new kind if clock watching. I like it a lot. I found a free one to download.
